Registration for the new Athlete’s Mental Health Programme season is open

We are pleased to announce the start of registration for the new season of the Athlete’s Mental Health programme.

The first young athletes have already completed the three-month programme, and almost all of them were satisfied with the results of the programme (94.4%) and would recommend taking part in such a programme (100%)

Who can participate?

Ukrainian tennis players aged 11–16 years old.

Programme objectives:

  • Psychological support
  • Restoring the athlete’s psychological balance
  • Finding new ways to overcome challenges both in sports and in life
  • Focusing on yourself and your goals to withstand and win.

Registration deadlines:

  • Fill out the registration form by 3 July. You can find the link in our profile description.
  • On 10 July, the Foundation’s experts will select the athletes invited to the programme.

The programme will take place online and last for three months. Participation is free of charge.

The head of the programme is Iryna Ivakina, a psychologist, psychotherapist, and member of the National Psychological Association and the EMDR Association in Ukraine.
